WEZER INTRODUCES A NEW RANGE OF EFB TECHNOLOGY BATTERIES
Wezer batteries, manufactured using advanced EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) technology, have an increased battery life compared to conventional ones. This is achieved by increasing cyclic stability due to improved plate manufacturing technologies and the use of fiberglass pasting paper, which ensures long-term fixation of the active mass. These technological innovations make batteries more reliable and durable when repeatedly charged and discharged.

KEY IMPROVEMENTS IN EFB WEZER BATTERIES:
- The special composition of the positive plates.
The positive plates use a special lead sulfate, which has a smaller surface area and is formed from stable crystals. This significantly increases the resistance of the plates to multiple cycles of charging and discharging — more stable and less mobile crystals form inside the structure, preventing the formation of large and unstable sulfate deposits.
This approach promotes a more uniform recovery during charging, reduces the effect of sulfation, and slows down capacity degradation. As a result, the battery tolerates mechanical and chemical loads better, which significantly increases its durability and maintains efficiency even under intensive use.

- The use of highly effective additives in negative plates.
These additives accelerate charge recovery and prevent degradation of the active mass, especially in start-stop conditions. They create favorable conditions inside the plates for rapid and complete charge recovery, reducing the formation of coarse-grained sulfates. As a result, the battery retains a high level of capacity and efficiency even after prolonged use, and the active mass becomes more resistant to mechanical and chemical damage.
- Fiberglass pasting paper.
The batteries use special fiberglass paper, which serves as a reliable support for the active mass inside the plates. It tightly fixes the active compound, preventing its peeling, leaching or destruction — even under strong vibrations and intensive operating conditions. This significantly reduces the risk of damage, increasing the life and cyclic stability of the battery, as well as its reliability.

WEZER engineers have created batteries that last longer and provide more stable performance even under high load. They are ideal for modern cars and devices that require high reliability and durability.
WEZER batteries using EFB technology are available in both passenger and cargo ranges.
