The Wezer brand always puts the safety, quality and durability of batteries above all else. One of the important components that ensure these criteria is fiberglass paper, which guarantees the reliability and protection of batteries.

WHAT IS FIBERGLASS PAPER AND WHY IS IT NEEDED?
Inside each battery there are complex layers — electrode plates, separators and electrolyte. To protect and strengthen them, we use a special material — fiberglass paper. This thin but very durable layer plays a key role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the battery.

WHY IS FIBERGLASS PAPER USED IN WEZER EFB BATTERIES?
1. For reliable mechanical protection.
Fiberglass paper strengthens the inner layers of the battery, protecting them from damage caused by accidental shocks or vibrations.
2. For effective isolation and safety.
This material has excellent dielectric properties and high thermal stability. It prevents unwanted contact of the electrode layers, eliminating the risk of a short circuit and increasing operational safety.

3. For layer fixation and stability.
Fiberglass paper helps to securely hold all the internal components in place. This approach prevents deformations and displacements during operation, keeping the battery structure intact for many years.
4. For heat control.
Heat is generated during charging and discharging of the battery. Our fiberglass paper batteries evenly distribute the heat inside, preventing overheating and extending the service life.
5. For protection.
The use of this material reduces the risk of fire or explosion even under extreme operating conditions — we take care of your safety!

WHY CHOOSE WEZER?
We carefully select materials and implement only proven solutions. Fiberglass paper is an essential part of our innovative batteries made with EFB technology, which helps make them more reliable and competitive in the market.
