Wezer 55Ah 480A reverse polarity batteries are designed for easy and safe use in passenger cars. They are a powerful driving force when starting engines and a reliable source of power for on-board systems. Distinguished by enhanced vibration damping and shock resistance properties. Battery operation does not require maintenance. Ca/Ca technology makes the battery more resistant to self-discharge in an idle state, ensures longer battery storage time and is endowed with high starting currents in all weather conditions. These batteries have a starting current of 480A and a rated voltage of 12V. Battery operating temperature range is from -40 to +60.
The Labyrinth Lid Technology design of the cover ensures a high degree of safety of battery operation due to the absence of electrolyte vapours, prolonging the life of the car battery by minimizing corrosion processes. The unique technological solution of the labyrinth cover makes it possible to achieve absolute battery tightness.
All WEZER batteries are equipped with explosion-proof and eco-protection devices.
Housing type: LB1. Monoblock type battery housings, as well as battery covers, are made of high-quality and impact-resistant polypropylene from leading global suppliers, ensuring a high level of safe operation.
Battery plate grids are made with the use of ExMET (Expanded Metal) technology which is now the most popular and reliable manufacture technology. This technology significantly improves battery starting power. ExMET technology increases the starter current by 30% and provides increased reliability and performance compared to standard lead-acid batteries.
